The scope our engagement is customized to meet each student’s specific needs; therefore, we offer a reasonable hourly rate for the following:

  • Initial consultations with student and/or parent (note: the first 30 minutes are complimentary)

  • all subsequent instruction and consultation (in-person, via virtual meeting, phone, email, or text)

  • values assessment, approach strategy, and roadmap

  • brainstorming and recommendations on topics and content

  • review of existing work; review of all new outlines and drafts; reviewer’s notes, edits, and rewrites

  • proofread of final essays and applications

  • assistance with school choice, resume development, and timeline management

  • related research and resources provided by consultant

We DO NOT require you to commit to a service “package” or a minimum number of hours. 

We will agree to cap hours, if that is your preference.

We invoice you monthly in arrears, with no advance payments or deposits required.   

We have a simple and fair hourly rate structure to accommodate each student’s specific needs. Whether you need a consultant for a couple hours or a couple months, we’re ready to focus on your specific areas of need.

Our Hourly Rate for work on standard days/hours is $70.00. (Monday - Saturday)

Our Hourly Rate for work on non-standard days/hours is $75.00. (Sunday, late nights, or holidays).
