LEAD CONSULTANT AND MENTOR

Omar Abdullah is a published writer, scholar, and business professional.  Omar was an Associate Instructor /Graduate Fellow with courses conducted at the University of California Davis and Texas A&M.  Omar has worked with high school and college students for decades, including extensive work with college applicants.  He was a featured presenter at the SXSW conference in Austin, conducted training sessions and workshops nationwide, and mentored individuals one-on-one.  Omar is currently serving on the CONNECT Advisory Board at the University of Texas Austin, helping to facilitate the professional placement of grad school students.  As a business leader and dynamic facilitator, Omar has worked with large Fortune 500 companies, training their teams in sales, management, and leadership.   Omar obtained his B.A. from Saint Mary’s College of California and his Doctorate Degree (Ph.D.) from the University of California, Davis.

LEAD CONSULTANT AND MENTOR

Jenni Abdullah is a gifted writer and clinical professional.  Through her successful behavioral health business, Jenni is an effective and empathetic counselor, coach, and mentor.  She works with young adults, teens, adolescents, and their parents. As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, Jenni has managed clinics across Texas, guiding countless families through the entire therapy process, from diagnosis to discharge. Jenni has vast and diverse writing experience, including creative writing, report and procedural writing, journalism, and instructional design.  She is an excellent instructor and facilitator, conducting workshops throughout Austin. Additionally, Jenni has mentored college applicants for many years, providing practical insight and guidance as they traverse a new path.  Jenni obtained her B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara and her Master of Education (M.Ed.) from Arizona State University. 

FOUNDER/OWNER AND CONSULTATION MANAGER

Patricia Perez has vast experience in writing and editing, consulting and coaching, training and facilitation.  Her experience spans many decades with great success in all realms. She is a prolific creative writer, essayist, instructional writer, business writer, and copywriter. After a long executive career in banking, she is now entirely focused on freelance writing and consultation. During the latter years of Pat’s career, she conceptualized, implemented, and managed a nationwide learning and development group.  Her corporate resume and writer’s CV can be viewed on LinkedIn. Pat was a Senior Vice President of Wells Fargo Bank (retired) and studied writing and communications at California State University Fullerton.
